Turn On Developer Options

Open Settings (Xiaomi Logo Icon, then About Device)

Scroll down to the bottom of this page and select the Developer Options entry. If you don’t see this option, you’ll need to enable it by tapping on the Build Number entry seven times. Tap 7 Times on MIUI Version Number
In order to enable USB debugging on your Xiaomi Redmi 10A, you need to tap 7 times on the MIUI version number in the About Phone section of your device’s Settings. This will enable Developer Options, which you can then use to enable USB debugging.
Reboot your phone
To enable USB debugging on your Xiaomi Redmi 10A, you’ll need to first reboot your phone. Power off your phone and hold down the Volume Up and Power buttons together. When the Mi logo appears, release both buttons and wait for the phone to boot into Fastboot mode. Using the Volume buttons, navigate to the Recovery option and select it with the Power button.
Connect the phone to computer with USB cable

2. Then, open up the Settings app on your phone.
3. Tap on the About phone option.
4. Tap the Build number option seven times quickly.
5. After that, you should see a message that says You are now a developer!
Run Install Drivers.bat file from cd folder in C:/ drive
If you want to enable USB debugging on your Xiaomi Redmi 10A, you’ll need to run the Install Drivers.bat file from the cd folder in your C:/ drive. This will install the necessary drivers for your phone. Once that’s done, you can go into your phone’s settings and enable USB debugging from there.
